Hyperview, a Chinese company in autonomous driving and green transportation, partnered with Saudi Aramco last year to launch this groundbreaking hydrogen-powered truck, marking a major milestone in new energy intelligent heavy-duty vehicles.

The truck features a 240-kW advanced fuel cell system, 59 kg of usable hydrogen, and a 72-kWh power battery, delivering a range of 800 km on a full hydrogen and electricity charge. Designed to meet the demands of long-haul transport and heavy payloads, the vehicle also integrates leading Level-3 autonomous driving capabilities. These functions include precise route planning and collision prevention, significantly enhancing logistics efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030's carbon reduction goals, this hydrogen-powered truck addresses the mining industry's urgent need for decarbonization amid increasing global focus on climate change. Offering a zero-emission and efficient solution for mining logistics, it demonstrates how hydrogen trucks can reduce emissions from traditional fuel-powered vehicles, accelerating the sector's green transformation.
