JAC Refine Hechang aims at mid and high-end markets
Domestic brand JAC's Refine is expected to launch the Hechang, a new MPV model into the Chinese market by year end. The company will also introduce the Refine 2011 and the Refine government-use model.
Refine Hechang presented at the Beijing Auto Show this April. The MPV has a length of 5,100 mm, a width of 1,840mm and height of 1,970 mm with a wheel base of 3,080 mm. The model adopts a seven-seat design - two front seats, two middle seats, and three rear seats, among which the middle seats can make a 360-degree turn.
Hechang is equipped with JAC's 2.0T engine of 130kw/5,400rp, largest torque of 260Nm/3500-4500rpm. The MPV with 6-speed MT is targeted at the mid and high-end markets.
