Beijing (Gasgoo)- On January 20, LiDAR maker Seyond announced a strategic partnership with last-mile delivery solution provider Go Further.AI to accelerate the development of functional autonomous vehicle solutions.

The collaboration integrates Seyond's high-performance LiDAR technology with Go Further.AI's advanced autonomous driving systems, targeting applications in last-mile logistics, smart shuttles, sanitation, and scenic area management fields. The partnership aims to enable the large-scale, global deployment of functional autonomous vehicles across diverse scenarios.  

Go Further.AI specializes in advanced autonomous driving technology and intelligent logistics solutions. The company has developed a range of functional unmanned vehicles for logistics, sanitation, and patrol applications. Its vehicles are now in mass production and operation across more than 90 cities worldwide, serving over 600 enterprises in settings such as industrial parks, campuses, and scenic spots.

For this collaboration, Go Further.AI's vehicles will utilize Seyond's Robin W wide-angle LiDAR as the primary perception sensor, creating a robust and efficient sensing system. Robin W's capabilities include minimal blind spots, high resolution, and long-range detection, enabling precise data collection for safe and efficient route planning.  

The Robin W LiDAR, designed for automotive-grade production, enhances automation in last-mile delivery by ensuring stable goods transport and 24/7 operations. It enables seamless delivery between distribution centers and local hubs, addressing labor shortages while significantly improving logistics efficiency and reducing operational costs.
