August, 2009 sales ranking of large SUVs

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of the Prado amounted to 1,042 units, down 27.94% year on year, the first on August, 2009 sales ranking of large SUVs, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of the Pajero amounted to 624 units, down 16.02% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 4,198 units. August sales of the Land Cruiser reached 265 units, decreasing 46.36% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 1,377 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
