Besides, GAC AION will support Ganfeng Lithium in developing new types of batteries, like solid-state battery. On the premise of competitive technologies, quality, and costs, GAC AION should introduce Ganfeng Lithium's new-type battery solutions in priority.

Meanwhile, Ganfeng Lithium also announced the decision to take part in GAC AION's project of strategic investor introduction through capital increase.

Ganfeng Lithium said signing the new agreement would help both parties further leverage their respective advantages and resources, setting a good example of the cooperation between upstream and downstream companies along the NEV industrial chain. It will also contribute to Ganfeng Lithium's improvement of industrial chain layouts, core competitiveness, and profitability.
