Car and City: Hangzhou registers most ZEEKR 01s in July 2022

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- In July 2022, the monthly registrations of the ZEEKR 001, the first and only production model under Geely Auto's premium car brand ZEEKR, reached 3,791 units, sliding 6.3% over the previous month, according to data compiled by Gasgoo Auto Research Institute (“GARI”).

Retail and fleet registrations of the ZEEKR 001 reached 3,282 and 509 units last month, respectively.

By the end of July 2022, there had been 28,167 ZEEKR 001s registered across China cumulatively, 22,601 units were registered in the first seven months of this year.

In July 2022, there were only two cities whose monthly registrations of the ZEEKR 001 exceeded 200 units. Hangzhou surpassed Shanghai to become the city with the most ZEEKR 001s registered last month. Ningbo, where ZEEKR's intelligent factory is located, ranked 15th among all cities, the same as that of the previous month.

For the first seven months of the year, Shanghai outsold other cities with its ZEEKR 001's registrations nearly hitting 2,000 units. Besides, the other three metropolises—Shenzhen, Beijing, and Guangzhou—all got a spot on the top 10 cities list.
