Polestar 6 concept car makes China premiere
Shanghai (Gasgoo)- The Polestar 6 electric concept roadster made its China debut on Sept. 18.
The automaker confirmed in mid-August that it planned to put the aforesaid concept into production and the production car is expected for launch in 2026.

Revealed in Los Angeles in March as the Polestar O₂, the electric roadster concept vehicle is built on the design and technologies laid out by the Polestar Precept and showcases the brand's vision for future sports cars.
The two-door hard-top convertible will be built on Polestar's bespoke bonded aluminium platform. It will feature an 800-Volt electric architecture, which is capable of a maximum output of 650kW and 900 N·m from a dual motor powertrain , a targeted 0-100km/h sprint time of 3.2 seconds, and a top speed of 250km/h.

The first 500 units of the Polestar 6 will come in a limited edition, LA Concept, which features the unique "Sky" exterior color, the custom-designed 21” alloy wheels of the original Polestar O₂ concept, the special bodyside graphics, and an animal welfare-traced leather interior.
The automaker started reservation of the Polestar 6 LA Concept edition in China on Sept. 15. Priced at 1.68 million yuan ($239.637 million), the model is reserved in the country with a limited number of only 10 units.
