NIO announced in mid-Sept. that NIO's Power Europe Facility in Hungary delivered its first Power Swap Station to Germany, marking a milestone in the acceleration of NIO Power's development in the European market and the ability to provide more convenient power services for European users.
As NIO's first overseas plant, NIO Power Europe Plant is the manufacturing, service, and R&D center for NIO’s power products in Europe. Its operation will support NIO's goal of deploying 1,000 Power Swap Stations outside China by 2025.
Additionally, NIO's first two battery swap stations in Norway came online in January and August this year, respectively.
As of Sept. 10, NIO had deployed 1,103 battery swap stations across China. In addition, NIO's power replenishment network in China had also encompassed 1,004 supercharging stations, 5,367 superchargers, 877 destination charging stations, and 5,470 destination charging piles. Besides, it has also had access to over 570,000 third-party charging piles.
