According to the company, its proprietary architecture, ESSA, stands for Electric Smart Secure Architecture. In accordance to its name, ESSA features high scalability that ensures each model powered by the architecture has the same high performance and stability, while reserving sufficient space for new technology expansion. The architecture supports the development of models with wheelbases that span 2800mm-3200mm, which include sedan, SUV, MPV, and crossover models. VOYAH disclosed that the company is also developing these four types of vehicle models, currently.
On the other hand, VOYAH’s centralized SOA electrical and electronic architecture released on the event can greatly improve computing efficiency, achieve functional evolution through hardware expansion, and realize highly-efficient full-domain interconnection with the latest communication technology. The SOA adopts central controller OIB, regional controller VIU, and V2X terminal T-BOX as the core.
Notably, the new SOA will be firstly installed onto VOYAH’s first sedan model, Zhuiguang, which is scheduled for debut in December this year.
