Li Auto’s monthly deliveries to exceed 20,000 vehicles in Dec. 2022
Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Li Auto's monthly vehicle deliveries are likely to surpass 20,000 units in Dec. 2022, Liu Jie, Sales Vice President of the new energy vehicle (NEV) startup, said at the Auto Guangzhou 2022 kicking off today.
At the ongoing Auto Guangzhou, Li Auto displayed the Li L9 and Li L8 models, and also announced the issuance of several OTA upgrades, including the OTA 4.2 that is shipped to serve the users' of the Li L9 and L8, and the OTA 3.2 available for the Li ONE.
Meanwhile, Li Auto stated that it will hold a new product launch event on Feb. 8, where more information and new body colors of the Li L7 flagship SUV, the startup's first five-seater model, will be unveiled. Besides, the L7's vehicles for exhibition and test drives will arrive at Li Auto's retail centers nationwide from Feb. 9.

The release of the OTA 4.2 will start in Dec. 30 to facilitate owners of the Li L9 and L8. With 59 new functions added and 33 aspects of onboard experience items improved, the OTA 4.2 will bring a major upgrade in intelligent driving and intelligent cockpit interaction experience, said Li Auto. For instance, upon the OTA upgrade, the all-scenario emergency braking performance will be lifted as the intelligent driving system’s AEB (autonomous emergency braking) function has been improved regarding algorithm architecture to enable fusion of visual perception and LiDAR point cloud algorithms.
The OTA 3.2 is scheduled for shipment starting in early January 2023, with 17 new functions to be added and 13 onboard experience items to be optimized.
