GWM’s HAVAL puts two PHEV models from Xiaolong series onto market, starting at 139,800 yuan

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On May 15, two plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) models of Great Wall Motor ("GWM")-owned HAVAL’s Xiaolong new energy vehicle (NEV) series officially hit the market with a starting price of 139,800 yuan.

Specifically, the HAVAI Xiaolong MAX comes with three trim levels with a price range of 159,800 yuan to 179,800 yuan, while the HAVAL Xiaolong is offered in three variants as well, which are priced from 139,800 yuan to 156,800 yuan.

The HAVAL Xiaolong MAX boasts multiple cutting-edge NEV technologies of Great Wall Motor. In terms of intelligence highlights, the HAVAL Xiaolong MAX is equipped with the all-new Coffee OS intelligent cockpit system, which features a four-display setup that is composed of three 12.3-inch floating screens and a high-definition W-HUD, providing users with an immersive cinema-level experience. With the "visible and speakable" function, which perceives without delay, not only does it respond extremely quickly, but it also creates a smooth conversation experience with zero latency. The system can also understand multiple commands in a single sentence, making driving easier and more fun for users.

On the side of intelligent driving, the Haval Xiaolong MAX carries the Coffee intelligent driving system, which encompasses 22 intelligent sensors throughout the vehicle, enabling L2+ level intelligent driving assistance for all road conditions. The automaker has equipped the model with such functions under HWA's non-single highways scenarios as lane changing, intelligent turning, and intelligent evasion, which were previously only available in products priced at 300,000 yuan or more, and made them standard across all trims of the Haval Xiaolong MAX.

In addition, the Haval Xiaolong MAX is the first model to adopt the Hi4 intelligent four-wheel drive hybrid technology, which significantly improves handling, driving safety, and energy-saving properties in different working conditions and usage scenarios.
