China’s luxury EV maker HiPhi unveils interior images of HiPhi Y SUV
Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Recently, HiPhi, the Chinese luxury electric vehicle brand owned by Human Horizons, revealed the official interior design images of its third model, the HiPhi Y.
According to the images newly released, the HiPhi Y's interior design retains the architectural concept of its predecessor, the HiPhi X, featuring a trio of screens within the vehicle.

According to the company, this model, which is expected to start selling at a price of 369,000 yuan, is positioned as a mid-to-large-size SUV. It is set to hit the market on July 15, with demo vehicles rolling into showrooms in early July.
Regarding its exterior, the HiPhi Y carries forward the futuristic elements of the HiPhi X. Its front face showcases the distinctive family traits, including the prominent headlight assembly. The overall drag coefficient of the car stands at 0.24, a testament to its sleek design. Furthermore, the vehicle comes with the second-generation NT intelligent falcon-wing door system, though it abstains from the butterfly-style door design to accommodate a broader range of everyday applications. Cameras are installed at the wings and the B-pillars, and a LiDAR system is mounted on the roof, indicating that its driver-assist system performance holds much promise.
In terms of dimensions, the HiPhi Y measures 4,938mm in length, 1,958mm in width, and 1,658mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,950mm.

Moving on to the interior, the symbolic tri-screen setup continues to be a hallmark design inside the car. A 17-inch OLED central control screen guides the visual center, flanked by a 12.3-inch all-LCD instrument screen and a 15-inch high-definition copilot screen.

The spacious five-seater layout, optimized by the electric platform, provides ample headroom and legroom for both front and rear passengers. Moreover, the option for dual folding tray tables in the back seat caters to diverse working and entertainment needs in various scenarios.
From a power performance perspective, the HiPhi Y offers different drive versions for customers to choose from. As per earlier declaration information to China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the vehicle's battery will come in two versions: 76.6kWh and 115kWh, providing ranges of 560km, 765km, and 810km respectively. The company announced that the dual-motor all-wheel-drive version has a peak combined power output of 371 kW, and can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds. Additionally, the HiPhi Y also features optional rear-wheel steering.
