The robust sales growth of GAC AION can be attributed to its product revitalization and the launch of a series of favorable policies. Apart from lowering the prices of some models or providing financial discounts and replacement subsidies ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 yuan, the city of Guangzhou, where GAC AION is based, also initiated a new round of subsidies on new energy vehicle purchase starting March 1 this year.
Notably, on May 28, GAC AION introduced a "Full Insurance Bonus for Car Purchases" campaign. Between May 26 and June 30, buyers of several models under GAC AION could receive a full insurance subsidy of up to 10,000 yuan, coupled with financial interest concessions, replacement subsidies, and new car charging gifts, which might further boost GAC AION's sales.
