Changan Auto’s DEEPAL posts double-digit MoM increase in June deliveries

Beijing (Gasgoo)- DEEPAL, the new energy vehicle brand of Changan Automobile, saw its monthly deliveries hit 8,041 vehicles in June 2023.

Compared to the previous month, the automaker achieved a 14.53% jump in June auto deliveries. 

In the first two quarters of 2023, DEEPAL’s cumulative delivery volume summed up to 41,626 vehicles. 

Additionally, the DEEPAL SL03 underwent a major OTA upgrade to the Deepal OS 1.2 in June. This intelligent evolution brings forth enhanced features and improved experiences, providing users with a smarter and more convenient travel experience.

The upgrade focuses on enhancing the in-vehicle network speed, introducing new applications and assistive features, optimizing the operation of both the mobile app and the in-vehicle system, and taking the human-machine interaction experience to new heights.

With this upgrade, the DEEPAL mobile app now supports the sharing of up to five digital keys and incorporates a notification feature for lock failure. Moreover, it offers an expanded range of remote control functions, such as scheduling charging and setting the time for car usage, enabling users to remotely control charging, as well as adjust the air conditioning and seat settings. 

For vehicles subscribed to advanced intelligent driving assistance services, the upgrade brings new features including remote intelligent parking assistance and mobile remote parking assistance. This allows users to control the vehicle's parking movements, whether it's entering or exiting a parking space, moving forward or backward, all from outside the vehicle via the mobile app.
