Skyworth Auto introduces 800V+4C supercharging tech, AI-enabled Q&A system
Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On July 19, 2023, Chinese new energy vehicle maker Skyworth Auto held a product launch event in Xuzhou city, marking the official introduction of the carmaker's brand-new energy management solution and intelligent interactive solution for their products, according to the company’s press release.
For the first half of 2023, Skyworth Auto's actual sales experienced an impressive year-on-year growth rate of 95.68%. The number of its service providers across the country reached 338, showing a 57% year-on-year increase and a comprehensive coverage of nearly all prefecture-level cities nationwide.

In the second half of the year, Skyworth Auto plans to expand its online and offline channels further, focusing on strengthening its foundation, driving innovation, and improving efficiency to achieve coordinated development, said the automaker.
At the event, Skyworth Auto introduced the cutting-edge breakthrough technology of its second-generation products - the 800V+4C Super Fast Charging technology. Recognizing the shift in the automotive market towards material innovation to achieve more practical vehicle endurance, Skyworth Auto addressed the conflict arising from the ratio of charging stations to vehicle ownership, especially when compared to traditional fuel vehicles. To address this challenge, Skyworth Auto launched a high-voltage platform architecture, which is equipped with the 4C superfast charging battery capable of charging from 0% to 80% of its capacity in just 7.5 minutes. The liquid cooling and heating system enable heat diffusion within ≥30 minutes and a temperature rise of >1.2℃/min, while the battery system's lifespan can reach up to 1 million kilometers, providing the convenience and speed of refueling.
To meet the rapidly increasing demand for quick energy replenishment within 10 minutes, Skyworth Auto plans to establish an energy network through photovoltaic technology, creating photovoltaic energy storage superfast-charging stations.

In addition to hardware capabilities, software plays a crucial role in Skyworth Auto's comprehensive intelligence and independent R&D. During the event, the company introduced the all-new intelligent in-car system "SKYLINK 2.0" and Xiaowei GPT.
According to the official introduction, the Xiaowei GPT is an intelligent question-answering system in-house developed by Skyworth Auto, based on artificial intelligence language models, and utilizing GPT technology for language learning and comprehension. It offers intelligent voice interaction, question-answering capabilities, and more. The system underwent a full-network OTA update on July 19 and is expected to completet the iteration to version 4.0 by the end of December.
Powered by AI big data models, the Xiaowei GPT possesses reasoning, self-learning, optimization, self-adjustment, and self-filling capabilities, enabling it to provide more accurate and personalized services across various scenarios such as work, study, daily life, entertainment, and car owners' private assistants. In the future, Xiaowei GPT aims to further enhance its model capabilities, including improving accuracy, supporting colloquial language and dialects, and opening API interfaces to create an open and interactive ecosystem, fostering strong relationships with consumers.
Skyworth Auto also unveiled its "2314" product strategy, which involves dual powertrain solutions, dual drive setups, and three main intelligent new energy passenger vehicle platforms (BE, CE, AE), involving 14 models in total.
