On the opening day, Farasis Energy also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with India's Ingar for cooperation in the power battery field, aiming to advance the electrification of passenger cars and two-wheelers in Southeast Asia and South Asia, promoting local energy saving, emission reduction, and industrial chain development.

Focusing on market and customer needs, Farasis Energy is advancing green product development and applications across three main business lines, namely, new energy vehicles, emerging businesses, and smart energy storage. The SPS has already entered industrialization, boasting high performance, low cost, high adaptability, and compatibility with various material systems. The standard electric motorcycle batteries 7432/7455 offer high energy density, fast recharging, lightweight, excellent high-temperature performance, and powerful output. Besides, the company has also developed single cell thermal runaway protection technology, enhancing safety and energy density. It has completed the industrialization of 400Wh/kg cells and the development of 500Wh/kg prototypes. Its BMS/EE system has achieved ISO26262 functional safety ASIL C product self-development and certification.

The strategic partnership between Farasis Energy and Ingar will focus on new energy passenger cars, two-wheelers, and battery swapping, aiming to promote energy transition and industrial upgrades in Southeast Asia and South Asia, achieving low-carbon transportation and sustainable economic development.

Founded in 1988, Ingar is one of India's earliest companies to enter the new energy sector, focusing on new energy and renewable energy industries. The company is dedicated to addressing supply chain challenges and mainly deals in lithium batteries for new energy passenger cars and two-wheelers, battery swapping connectors, and other components. Its businesses cover major new energy vehicle makers in India, and suppliers of telecommunications power transmission and industrial electrical components. The company’s clients include top Indian companies such as Tata Motors, Mahindra Group, BAJAJ, and OLA DAIKIN.
