NETA to make foray into Brazilian market in H2 2024
Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Chinese new energy vehicle maker NETA Auto recently held its first press conference in Brazil, officially kicking off the countdown to the launch of its models in the Brazilian market, the company announced on May 31 via its WeChat account.
NETA Auto said it will officially enter the Brazilian market in the second half of this year.

The company revealed that it plans to introduce three flagship models to the Brazilian market in 2024. Following its strategic roadmap, NETA Auto aims to expand and diversify its product lineup in the country by 2025, targeting various market segments. Additionally, the carmaker plans to establish a widespread dealership network in Brazil, strategically focusing on regions crucial for business development.
Sun Guang, Assistant President and Executive Vice President of the Overseas Business Division at NETA Auto, stated: "The Brazilian automotive market is one of the largest in the world and has a significant influence in the South American market. The electric vehicle sector in Brazil is rapidly growing, and consumer acceptance of EVs is increasing day by day. NETA Auto is excited to enter the Brazilian market and provide Brazilian consumers with a first-class car buying and after-sales service experience."
This year, NETA Auto has made significant progress in the Central and South American markets. At the beginning of 2024, it announced its operational plans in Mexico, and now it is set to officially enter the Brazilian market. NETA Auto will also establish a KD factory in Brazil to serve the entire South American market. These moves are expected to accelerate its strategic development in Central and South America.
