Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 176,462 units, down 27.28% year on year, the first on August, 2021 sales ranking by Joint Venture's brands, according to the August sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Toyota amounted to 89,019 units, down 24.57% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 1,074,753 units. August sales of Honda reached 84,106 units, decreasing 42.31% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 938,009 units.
