Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of VW amounted to 228,147 units, up 10.67% year on year, the first on January, 2022 auto sales ranking by all brands, according to the January sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Honda amounted to 154,770 units, up 4.34% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 154,770 units. January sales of Toyota reached 151,159 units, decreasing 12.14% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 151,159 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
