Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD amounted to 143,725 units, up 51.00% year on year, the first on January, 2023 auto sales ranking by China's brands, according to the January sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Changan amounted to 97,582 units, down 25.23% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 97,582 units. January sales of Geely reached 84,438 units, decreasing 26.98% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 84,438 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
