Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD amounted to 278,221 units, up 50.31% year on year, the first on January, 2025 auto sales ranking by all brands, according to the January sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Geely amounted to 160,514 units, up 19.89% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 160,514 units. January sales of Changan reached 156,205 units, increasing 8.87% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 156,205 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
