September, 2025 auto sales ranking by China's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD amounted to 355,774 units, down 11.40% year on year, the first on September, 2025 auto sales ranking by China's brands, according to the September sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Chery amounted to 170,930 units, up 14.93% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 1,220,411 units. September sales of Geely reached 154,812 units, increasing 48.10% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 1,266,027 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
