FAW Group's premium car brand Hongqi posted a month-on-month growth of 8.9% in August sales with 3,301 vehicles delivered. From January to August, the brand has delivered 14,112 vehicles in total, completing 47% of its 2018 sales target.

Spy shots of Hongqi model codenamed N501 were exposed from Sina Weibo, China’s twitter-like social media recently. The new model will be powered by a 4.0T V8 engine. Positioned as a large-size luxury sedan, the model will measure 5,500 mm in length.
