Polish Car Production Up in First Two Months This Year

126,904 new cars have been produced in Poland in the first two months of 2007, up 10.6 percent on the analogous period of 2006, the Polish PAP news agency reported on Thursday, citing the Samar company monitoring the car market.

A total of 62,465 new cars were produced in Poland in February 2007, up 8.5 percent on the February 2006 figure but down 3.1 percent on the January 2007 figure, Samar said.
