Couture Edition highlights exclusive design
The all-new smart #2 Couture Edition, named after the French term "Couture," pays tribute to Parisian haute couture traditions. Designed by Mercedes-Benz designers, the special edition is limited to 999 units in China and 1,998 units globally, priced at RMB 112,999. Deliveries are scheduled to begin within the year.

Two-seat design returns with new electric architecture
The all-new smart #2 was designed by the Mercedes-Benz global design team under the design philosophy of "Love, Pure, Surprise," bringing a contemporary interpretation to smart's two-seat vehicle identity.
The new smart #2 is based on the ECA electric compact architecture, which the brand describes as the first mass-production EV architecture specifically developed for two-seat vehicles. Developed from the ground up by smart's global R&D team, the architecture integrates safety, space, range and handling within a body length of less than three meters.
Battery, charging and driving performance
The all-new smart #2 is equipped with a 35.8-kWh CATL lithium iron phosphate battery, offering a CLTC-rated range of up to 410 km. It supports DC fast charging, with charging from 30% to 80% completed in no more than 15 minutes and from 10% to 80% in no more than 20 minutes.
The vehicle adopts an 11-in-1 integrated electric drive system with a maximum output power of 60 kW. Combined with rear-wheel drive, a 50:50 front-to-rear axle load distribution, rear five-link independent suspension and staggered performance tires, the new smart #2 accelerates from 0-50 km/h in 3.8 seconds, reaches a top speed of 140 km/h and has a minimum turning radius of 3.35 meters.

Safety and smart cockpit features
The all-new smart #2 adopts the TridionCellEvo high-strength safety body structure, a three-layer steel safety cell, 1,800 MPa side protection, up to seven airbags and PLP+CLT dual safety belt protection.
Within a body shorter than three meters, the new smart #2 provides 1,000 mm of headroom, a 305-liter standard trunk, up to 527 liters of cargo space and 17 storage compartments. The cabin features a 12.8-inch 1080P central display, an 8.8-inch instrument cluster, 256-color ambient lighting, a Sennheiser active three-way seven-speaker audio system and a smart-specific digital cockpit based on Flyme Auto.
