Shanghai, April 25 (Gasgoo.com) The all-new Mazda 6 made its China debut at the Beijing auto show this month and will be locally made for the Chinese market later this year along with its predecessor. The new Mazda 6 will be priced above 200,000 yuan ($28,600). Three gas / electric engine versions will be on offer in the range from 88 kW/120 hp to 125 kW/170 hp. It may also feature the fuel conversion device (such as an internal combustion engine), energy storage system, and motor as its hybrid power plant. The new Mazda 6, built on the Ford Mondeo platform, has larger front disc and anti-lock brakes with double wishbones in front.
