GAC, Denso sign MoU on strategic cooperation

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On November 28, Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (GAC) announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Cooperation with Denso Corporation.

According to the statement, the two parties will cooperate in technology and talents. In technology, the cooperation focuses on the development of traditional auto parts and new energy vehicle auto parts as well as the full cooperation in intelligent driving segment.

In talents, both companies will discuss the plan, curriculum designing guide and teacher delegation of GAC University (cooperate training center), which is under preparation. Denso may also provide training opportunities for GAC workers.

In order to promote the cooperation effectively, the companies will set up a working team to organize and coordinate cooperation details.
