April, 2024 auto sales ranking by all brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD amounted to 297,864 units, up 49.72% year on year, the first on April, 2024 auto sales ranking by all brands, according to the April sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of VW amounted to 147,733 units, down 2.62% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 620,158 units. April sales of Chery reached 115,176 units, increasing 32.79% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 468,333 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
