September, 2024 auto sales ranking by China's brands

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Sales of BYD amounted to 401,572 units, up 46.69% year on year, the first on September, 2024 auto sales ranking by China's brands, according to the September sales data of the China Passenger Car Association. Sales of Chery amounted to 148,726 units, up 17.47% year on year, ranking second on the list while its YTD sales totaled 1,117,701 units. September sales of Geely reached 104,533 units, increasing 2.62% year on year and ranking third on the list while its YTD sales were 874,276 units. (Note: Data here refers to sales of cars, SUVs and MPVs made and sold in China.)
