Traum Auto releases plans on three NEV models

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Traum Auto recently exposed the future plan about part of its new models, including an all-new SUV model and various NEV models. In addition, Traum Auto will finish the construction of its third base at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year.

Currently, Traum Auto has launched two SUV models, the S70 and the MEET 3. Another SUV, the SEEK 5 also hit the market on Aug. 20. In the future, Traum's MEET series will target crossovers and coupes, while the SEEK series will eye on traditional SUVs.  

At the beginning of next year, the second model of the MEET series, the MEET 5 will also be introduced into the market. In the near future, the series will also launch a more premium model, the MEET 7. After the launch of the SEEK 5, the series will introduce more models, which may be named the SEEK 6, 7 and 8, into the market.

As to NEV area, Traum will launch a pure electric vehicle model based on the MEET 3 and the MEET 5, which will be unveiled in the middle of 2019. Traum stated that its BEV models will have a range between 400km and 500km and its battery lifecycle will range between 800,000 km and 1,000,000 km. In addition, Traum will offer PHEV version of the SEEK 5, which boasts a range of 80km under pure electric mode and a fuel consumption of 3L/100km under hybrid mode.
