BYD held its third e-Mobility Festa 2026 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from October 1 to 4. During the event, the BYD Ti 7 officially went on sale in the country, with the flagship five-seat all-wheel-drive version priced at 513.5 million Uzbekistani som (approximately RMB 292,000). The event also featured the DENZA B5, DENZA B8 and YANGWANG U9, with dynamic demonstrations highlighting their capabilities and technologies, according to a post on BYD's WeChat account.

BYD Ti 7 enters the Uzbekistan market
The Ti 7 is positioned as an SUV for urban use and outdoor exploration rather than a conventional rugged off-roader. BYD highlights its interior space, all-wheel-drive system and DM-p technology as key features, targeting a combination of performance, efficiency, passenger space and comfort for daily commuting, family travel and outdoor activities.
DENZA showcases off-road performance
At the event, BYD's premium new energy vehicle brand DENZA presented the DENZA B5 and DENZA B8, with a dynamic demonstration involving a 43-degree incline.
Over three consecutive days, the DENZA B5 and B8 completed a combined 1,858 climbs on the 43-degree slope. DENZA entered the Uzbekistan market in June, and the Festa provided another opportunity for local consumers to experience the brand's vehicles in a public setting.
YANGWANG U9 makes its Uzbekistan debut
The YANGWANG U9 high-performance electric supercar was displayed in Uzbekistan for the first time. Its dynamic demonstration showcased the DiSus-X intelligent body control system, drawing attention from visitors.
