Gasgoo Munich- FinDreams Battery and Zero Carbon Engine Technology Group Co., Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement on September 5, according to a post on the WeChat account of BYD investor relations.

Under the agreement, the companies will deepen cooperation in energy storage applications, green transportation and low-carbon upgrades for mining and border-port logistics operations. The partnership will be based on resource sharing and complementary capabilities.
The two companies plan to combine their technological, industrial and overseas market resources to develop zero-carbon projects across industrial parks, mines, cities and pastoral areas in Mongolia. They also intend to use the Mongolian projects as a reference for expansion into other markets along the Belt and Road.
The companies described the partnership as part of their response to the global energy transition and an effort to deepen international industrial cooperation. They plan to accelerate project implementation and develop the Mongolia program into a model for green cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, with practices that could be replicated in other participating markets.
