Gasgoo Munich- Shenzhen Longsys Electronics released its 2026 earnings preview for the first three quarters on the evening of Oct. 15. The company projects revenue of 38 billion to 40 billion yuan for January through September, up from 16.73 billion yuan a year earlier. Net profit attributable to shareholders is expected to hit 14 billion to 14.9 billion yuan — a 1,864.55% to 1,990.84% year-on-year leap. Stripping out non-recurring items, net profit is forecast at 13.8 billion to 14.8 billion yuan, surging 2,782.36% to 2,991.23%.

On a quarterly basis, Longsys expects third-quarter revenue of 13.9 billion to 15.9 billion yuan, climbing 112.76% to 145.35% from a year earlier. Net profit excluding non-recurring items is projected at 3.75 billion to 4.75 billion yuan — a 740.33% to 964.26% surge.
Longsys noted that revenue and net profit grew sharply year on year over the nine months, while the health of its operating metrics improved further in the third quarter. Even with memory wafer prices elevated, the company achieved a major milestone: turning net operating cash flow positive for the period. Its debt-to-asset ratio fell below 50% at quarter's end.
Industry-wide, the global memory market stayed broadly tight in the third quarter. Yet, built on a high price base from earlier periods, price gains for DRAM and NAND Flash narrowed markedly. Rising storage prices contributed less at the margin to Longsys’s earnings. This underscores a broader shift: the storage industry is pivoting from a consumer price cycle to an AI-driven technology cycle. Against that backdrop, Longsys is leaning on proprietary chips and software architecture to carve out a differentiated path. The mix is shifting toward major, high-end, and global clients, keeping profitability near historic highs for the quarter.
On the product and tech front, premium new offerings like UFS 4.1, mSSD, and ePOP 5x have reached scaled commercial deployment across major clients. Global business for international brands Lexar and Zilia continues to grow rapidly. Longsys is also deepening its edge-AI technology footprint, expanding technical partnerships to include AMD, Qualcomm, UNISOC, and other leading global CPU makers.
These figures are preliminary estimates from the finance department and haven't been audited. Full results for the first three quarters of 2026 will be detailed in the company's upcoming third-quarter report.
