Gasgoo Munich- On January 29, a humanoid robot pilot verification platform jointly developed by LY iTECH and Beijing Innovation Center of Humanoid Robotics Co., Ltd. officially launched.
As the first such platform in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, it aims to tackle a common industry bottleneck: the gap between easy R&D and difficult mass production. It offers a standardized, intelligent hub for accelerating the commercialization of technology. The platform currently features 500 sets of trial production and testing equipment, boasting an annual capacity of 5,000 embodied intelligent robots.
LY iTECH serves as the platform's sole smart manufacturing partner and the exclusive operator of its flexible production line. The company was deeply involved throughout the entire process, from construction to operations. This included providing automated testing equipment and intelligent management systems like MES and WMS, as well as spearheading the setup of the flexible production line.
Moreover, guided by the core goals of establishing an industry benchmark pilot base and exploring new paths for flexible mass production, LY iTECH has outlined a four-part operational strategy. This includes assembling a professional team, deepening flexible production capabilities, creating a technology transfer accelerator, and fostering a collaborative industry ecosystem.
