BRILLIANCE Automotive Holdings Corp yesterday signed agreement with SAIC Motor's subsidiary Shanghai Automobile Gear Works Co Ltd to deepen cooperation on developing advanced transmissions.
Both companies agreed to jointly produce 500,000 transmissions every year including 100,000 automatic transmissions. Total output could be further lifted to meet rising demand.
