China exported a total of 325,800 vehicles in the first 11 months of last year, 49.45% fewer year on year, and the export value plummeted 49.03% year on year, hitting US$4.57 billion, according to data from the website of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.
During the 11-month period, the export volume of trucks declined 38.67% from a year earlier to 149,000 units. The country also exported 86,400 sedans, 62.25% fewer year on year, and 36,800 small cars, 47.7% fewer year on year.
In the same period, exports of trucks, sedans and small cars totaled 272,200 units and accounted for 83.55% of China's total vehicle exports.
In the month of November, exports of trucks, sedans and small cars totaled 32,100 units and accounted for 79.06% of the total.
