FAW Car Co Ltd today made a clarified statement on the stock listing plan of FAW Group.
It is reported that the listed FAW Car will sell additional shares to acquire parts of assets of FAW Group. The assets are possibly come from FAW-VW, and FAW is busy negotiating its listing plan as a whole.
FAW Car has confirmed to the above strategies FAW Group. Until now FAW Group hasn't unveiled its listing schedule or rearrangement plan.
