Gasgoo.com (Shanghai May 11) - China exported 67,500 vehicles last month according to a recently released report by the Chinese Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the China News reported today. The figure represents a 7.09 percent increase from last month and an increase of 69.74 percent from first quarter of 2010.
Growth in passenger vehicles exports was at 10.57 percent from April and a remarkable 124.98 percent from last year, equivalent to 37,000 units. Meanwhile exports of commercial vehicles increased 30.86 percent from 2010 to 30,600 vehicles.
Chery still headed the export list with 41,100 vehicles, with Changan, Great Wall, JAC and Dongfeng following behind.
