Skoda to introduce new models as Chinese sales reach new highs
Gasgoo.com (Shanghai July 11) - Skoda is preparing to release five new models in the future, the Guangzhou Daily reported today. The announcement comes as the manufacturer announced its Chinese sales performance since the beginning of the year. Skoda sold 112,110 vehicles from January to June, accounting for over half of its global sales.

SAIC sold over 2m vehicles since beginning of year
Gasgoo.com (Shanghai July 7) - SAIC Motor manufactured 298,600 vehicles and sold 317,770 last month, caijing.com.cn reported today. The figures represent minor growth for the manufacturer. SAIC has managed to sell over 2 million vehicles since the start of the year, 13 percent higher than the amount sold in the first half of 2010.
