Gasgoo.com (Shanghai November 15) - With the European debt crisis still unresolved, sales for imported vehicles in China have been beginning to slump. Statistics from China Automobile Trading showed that 712,000 vehicles have been imported in the first three quarters of this year, chinanews.com reported today. The figures show that growth rates in the import market are 27 percent, far less than they were last year.
Nov. 16 , 2011Gasgoo.com (Shanghai November 8) - 1.25 million passenger vehicles were manufactured in China last month, China Business News quoted China Passenger Car Association statistics. The amount, while five percent higher than last October, is still 1.2 percent lower than in September. Meanwhile, monthly sales hit 1.22 million, a year-on-year increase of one percent but a 7.6 percent fall from the previous month.
