Brilliance Auto broke ground yesterday on its new specialist vehicle factory in Shenyang, capital of Liaoning Province, China. Moreover, the automaker plans to establish a joint venture with Toyota Motor based on the new plant at the end of this year.

Shanghai Shenhua Nuoyu Medical Auto Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Brilliance Auto, signed an agreement with Austria's Dlouhy GmbH Fahrzeugbau on July 15 to set up a joint venture in Shanghai to expand the specialized vehicle business and modified vehicle business in China, Brilliance Auto announced recently.
