Gasgoo Munich-Westlake Robotics has closed a Pre-A+ funding round. Existing investor Xiaomiao Langcheng led the round with a follow-on investment, while new participants included Industrial Securities Capital and Bei Yu Capital.
Proceeds from this round will primarily fund research and development into whole-body unified large model technologies.

Westlake Robotics is the first commercialized project from Westlake University in the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics. The company has two core technologies: the world’s only General Action Expert (GAE) large model, and the industry’s only dual pre-training large model architecture. The GAE enables programming-free action generalization, precise motion control, postural balance, and real-time feedback capabilities. Meanwhile, the dual pre-training architecture resolves the trade-off between generalization and reasoning efficiency in embodied intelligence. Together, they form a highly efficient whole-body unified large model, establishing a strong technical foundation for developing robots across diverse scenarios. This technological framework has a competitive edge in the global embodied intelligence sector.
