iSoftStone, a provider of full-stack intelligent products and services, already maintained close ties with Suzhou Industrial Park. Under the new agreement, the two parties will pool their resources to establish a smart manufacturing base and a comprehensive headquarters within the park. They also plan to set up an international business headquarters and a smart terminal innovation center. Looking ahead, the partnership will deepen in core areas like high-end software services and industrial ecosystem synergy, aiming to drive high-quality development across regional industrial clusters.
Suzhou is currently capitalizing on opportunities to become a pivotal hub for the Shanghai (Yangtze River Delta) International Science and Technology Innovation Center and a national demonstration zone for new industrialization. The city is pushing for a deep integration of technological and industrial innovation, cultivating "new quality productive forces" tailored to local conditions, and accelerating its transformation into an "AI+" city.
iSoftStone’s strategy aligns closely with Suzhou’s development goals. Local authorities hope the company will continue expanding its footprint in the city and deepen cooperation in smart manufacturing to jointly elevate the industrial landscape. Suzhou, for its part, plans to leverage its "Three Services" initiative to ensure a top-tier business environment that supports both project implementation and corporate growth.
Liu Tianwen, chairman and CEO of iSoftStone, praised Suzhou for its deep historical roots, complete industrial system, superior innovation ecosystem, and world-class business environment. Expressing strong confidence in the city’s potential, he said iSoftStone will ramp up R&D investment and bolster its capabilities in smart manufacturing and international expansion. The goal is to attract upstream and downstream partners to the region, ultimately better serving Suzhou's high-quality development.
