Gasgoo Munich- Wuba Intelligent Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. (Wuba Intelligence) and Hangzhou Arcvideo Technology Co., Ltd. (Arcvideo Technology) have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

The two companies will engage in deep cooperation across areas such as embodied AI robots, low-latency video communication, AI recognition, immersive VR interaction, and edge-cloud collaboration. They have also jointly established the "Robot Teleoperation Technology Joint Laboratory."
Serving as a key platform for technology integration, product validation, and capability building, the laboratory will focus on the R&D, testing, and integrated verification of robot teleoperation technologies. Wuba Intelligence will provide the robotic hardware, operation platforms, R&D facilities, and product verification carriers, while Arcvideo Technology will contribute software solutions and R&D support for video transmission, low-latency communication, AI recognition, and immersive VR interaction.
Leveraging the joint laboratory, the partners will also tackle forward-looking technologies including complex environment perception, multimodal interaction, and edge-cloud collaboration. These efforts will center on the convergence of embodied AI and video technology, aiming to build a robust technical foundation for iterating robot products and upgrading industry solutions.
