Under the agreement, the two companies will align their respective strengths. ARIDGE, recognized as Asia's largest flying car company by scale, will contribute advanced aircraft products, core technologies and operational support capabilities. HELI-EASTERN will leverage its credentials as China's No. 001 licensed cross-border flight operator, along with its established network of takeoff and landing sites and extensive operational experience. The company will also provide access to infrastructure resources, coordinate airspace support and jointly promote the planning and deployment of flight camps and related service facilities.

Together, the partners aim to create nationally compliant demonstration projects for the low-altitude economy. By combining scenario-based showcases, joint sales initiatives and ecosystem co-development, they plan to introduce diversified applications ranging from flight experiences and low-altitude sightseeing to tourism-integrated services, helping translate emerging technologies into tangible consumer-facing offerings.

The cooperation framework centers on four key pillars. The first is coordinated product promotion and sales collaboration to broaden public awareness and accelerate the adoption of flying cars. The second involves building out a comprehensive low-altitude infrastructure and service ecosystem, including takeoff and landing facilities, supporting services and airspace assurance mechanisms, thereby strengthening the operational foundation for low-altitude mobility. A third focus is the joint development of standardized operational systems, streamlining procedures such as airspace applications and flight plan approvals to improve efficiency. Finally, the two sides will invest in talent development by establishing training platforms and programs for professionals associated with next-generation "land aircraft carrier" platforms, reinforcing the human capital base needed for industry expansion.

Through this alliance, ARIDGE and HELI-EASTERN intend to integrate technology, infrastructure resources and market channels more deeply, helping propel low-altitude transport in China from pilot demonstrations and concept validation toward scaled, commercially viable operations. The partnership signals a broader push to redefine urban mobility through three-dimensional transportation networks.
