Beijing government plans to release related policy of purchasing cars after getting parking spaces

He gave the speech in 19th meeting of the14th Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and said Beijing government planned to formulate local policies towards parking problem and launched related investigation in 2015. Mr. Zhang also said important problems such as parking orientation, parking charge, land supply, social investment, parking management, parking resource and enhanced enforcement would be confirmed and defined in the new 2016 policy.
