Gasgoo.com (Shanghai October 19) - The Mini brand's presence in China is increasing day by day. The brand, which has already established a dealership in Shanghai last November, will be beginning construction on its second 4S dealer in Beijing this December, the Beijing Morning Post reported today.

The 12,000 square meter dealership will be located in Beijing's Haidian district and will offer sales and customer support services, as well as house an auto lovers' club and Mini culture center. These facilities will help distinguish the dealer from those of its parent company BMW's.

Meanwhile, the company in charge of opening the new dealer is also planning to open the largest Mini center in the whole Asian region in China. Xu Zhijun, president of BMW China, is confident that a Mini dealer independent of its parent company will help better satisfy the needs of owners and fans of the brand.
