Gasgoo Munich- Chery Automobile officially launched pre-sales for its Fengyun T9L large five-seat SUV on March 25, 2026, during a "New Fengyun" event in Wuhu, according to Gasgoo. The model comes in four configurations, with pre-sale prices ranging from 139,900 to 169,900 yuan.

Positioned as a mid-size SUV, the Fengyun T9L measures 4,870mm by 1,930mm by 1,710mm, with a wheelbase of 2,920mm. Visually, the car adopts an "Oriental Calligraphy" design language inspired by traditional Chinese ink wash painting. Elements like the ink-drop headlights, silver-hook waistline, and ink-rainbow taillights blend Eastern aesthetics with modern technology. Notably, the exclusive "Mingsha Green" color—co-developed with the Dunhuang Art Academy—features an eight-layer paint process.
Under the hood, the Fengyun T9L is powered by Chery’s in-house Kunpeng Super Electric Hybrid CDM6.0 system. The 1.5-liter turbo hybrid engine boasts a thermal efficiency of 45.79%. Paired with a DHT260 hybrid transmission, the system delivers up to 550kW of combined power, pushing the four-wheel-drive version from zero to 100 km/h in under five seconds. Fuel consumption drops to as low as 3.9 liters per 100 km in CLTC low-battery conditions, while total range exceeds 2,000 km. Pure electric range tops out at 230 km under CLTC standards.
On the intelligent driving front, the vehicle features the Falcon 700 advanced system, built on Horizon Robotics’ Journey 6P chip with 560 TOPS of computing power. It is equipped with 27 sensors, including one LiDAR and three millimeter-wave radars, enabling Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) for both city streets and highways. Inside, the Lingxi Smart Cabin 2.0 runs on a 3-nanometer chip and sports a 15.6-inch floating central screen alongside a 23-speaker "Boya" audio system.
For comfort, the Fengyun T9L comes standard with dual zero-gravity front seats offering 16-way electric adjustment, plus ventilation, heating, and massage. Second-row seats feature electric backrest adjustment between 25 and 35 degrees, along with heating and ventilation. An optional 17.3-inch 3K HD ceiling-mounted screen is available for rear passengers. Safety-wise, the "Rock" body structure utilizes 85% high-strength steel, and the model includes seven airbags as standard, meeting seven major global safety benchmarks.
