DeepRoute.ai has been striving to develop safe, reliable, and intelligent autonomous driving solutions. Usually, the mass-production of the L4 autonomous solution is often challenged by its hefty price. In December, DeepRoute.ai came up with an L4 self-driving system under $10,000, as a world first, successfully turning the situation around.
The two companies aim to unfold a new pattern of auto-grade mass production for the autonomous driving industry, said Dr. Zhou Guang, CEO of DeepRoute.ai.

In fact, the $10,000 L4 autonomous solution, the DeepRoute Driver 2.0, is also powered by RoboSense’s intelligent solid-state LiDAR, marking the first adoption of mass-produced auto-grade LiDARs on L4 self-driving system within the country.
Since its establishment, DeepRoute.ai has been determined to solely focus on the L4 autonomous driving field, with lowering costs as a premise. Aside from the DeepRoute Driver 2.0, the company also developed a miniature computing platform that only takes 100 watts of power.
The company holds two R&D centers in Shenzhen and Beijing. It has cooperated with multiple companies such as Dongfeng Motor and Geely’s Caocao Mobility, conducting scaled road tests and trial operations of over 3 million kilometers to date.
