Shanghai December 9 (Gasgoo.com) China's Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd. (JMC) (000550), a commercial van partner of Ford Motor, said vehicle sales jumped 56.1% in November from a year earlier to 17,010 units.
Of which Ford commercial vehicle sales grew 57.57% on the year to 5,285 units, sales of JMC branded trucks gained 43.49% from a year ago to 5,738 units, and sales of JMC branded pick-ups and SUVs rose 68.79% on the year to 5,987 units.
JMC's sales in the first eleven months totaled 164,088 units, up 59.48% compared to the same period last year.
The company sold 14,100 vehicles in October, surging 52.25% year on year, sources reported.
